Macau Tower Theatre
The Macau Tower Theatre is one of the facilities of the Macau Tower
Convention and Entertainment Centre.
The theatre shows movies, entertainment functions and social functions
Its construction for the theatre began in June 1998, and opened
on 19th December, 2001.
The theatre seats 500 people and stadium seating is on the second
floor of the low block of the Macau Tower Convention and Entertainment
Centre.
The Macau Tower Convention and Entertainment Centre is run by Sociedade de
Turismo Diversoes de Macau of Shun Tak Holdings and designed principally by
Gordon Moller of CCMBECA, New Zealand.
The theatre has simultaneous interpretation facilities which allows parallel
translation in four languages, and has a large and versatile stage area with
the latest lighting and audio-visual equipment.
